This self-paced course will help you to understand structures and processes that ensure the health and safety of all employees in a company. You will explore the different hazards in the workplace you work in. You will get a better understanding what the terms "health and safety" mean in the context of tourism and hospitality and which occupational, human and environmental factors can affect your health and safety at work and that of your colleagues.
