About this course

This self-paced course will help you explore how to make your work environment COVID safe by recognizing and applying appropriate and adapted health, safety and food hygiene standards. It will take you about 1 hour to complete this course and you will earn an open badge once you complete the course and pass the assessment.

The course is intended for tourism professionals in management positions, and anyone interested in the topic.

What will you learn? 

  • You will learn how to define the principles of safety, (food) hygiene and health and how to apply them in a hospitality environment
  • You will learn how to demonstrate COVID-19 management skills in all aspects and departments of your hospitality operations
