This course is tailored for industry supervisors, trainers, and shop floor supervisors engaged in facilitating in-plant training for vocational trainees.

Upon completion of the "Training of In-Company Trainers" course, participants will:

  2. Apply adult learning psychology to tailor effective training methodologies.
  3. Develop strategic planning skills for in-plant training aligned with industry standards.
  4. Ensure seamless preparation, including logistical considerations and safety protocols.
  5. Acquire proficiency in delivering effective in-plant training sessions, assessing progress, and fostering a collaborative learning environment. This course is designed to empower industry supervisors, trainers, and shop floor supervisors in facilitating successful in-plant training for vocational trainees.

Course Certificate: Upon successful completion, participants will receive a joint certificate by GIZ and Siemens on "Training of In-Company Trainers."
