In this course, you will move deeper into the world of online facilitation. You will be provided with more detailed and practical information that you will begin to put into practice. This includes selecting and using synchronous and asynchronous online facilitation tools depending on the context, target group, and course content. You will also design, plan and facilitate synchronous and asynchronous communication.

- Troubleshoot common situations and to give constructive feedback
- Explain the typical workflows associated with online facilitation
