About this course

This course consists of three modules that will provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to use Open Educational Resources (OER) in your courses and to license published resources correctly.

Who is this learning course for? 

This course is for course managers, learning designers, content and media developers, subject matter experts, online facilitators and anyone interested in Open Educational Resources and Creative Commons licenses.

What will you learn? 
By the end of the course, you will be able to:

Understand of the terms "Open Educational Resources" and "Creative Commons"
Differentiate between different license types under the Creative Commons license
Name benefits and advantages of Open Educational Resources
Evaluate the quality of OERs
Recall how courses are licensed on atingi
Find and use teaching or learning material licensed as OER

How much time do you need to invest? It will take you around 60 minutes to complete the whole course.

Course Certificate: A certificate will be generated upon successful completion of all course modules and the final quiz.
