About this course

Welcome to our self-paced course on Cashew Nuts Quality Measurement! This self-paced course will help you explore the key aspects of cashew nut quality assessment. You will learn how to sample nuts and calculate the Kernel Out-turn Ratio (KOR) by using the criteria for quality assessment.
