This course is designed for trainers, educators, and individuals involved in vocational education and training who seek to enhance their expertise in implementing the German Dual VET model.What will you learn?
Participants in this training program will acquire essential skills for implementing the German Dual VET model. The curriculum covers the VET system structure, active learning methods, AOL process, teaching skills for AOL, and planning and executing action-oriented lessons.

Course Certificate: Upon successful completion of course, participants will receive a certificate on "Training of Trainers (Pedagogy)". This will be a joint certification by GIZ and Siemens.
