About this course



In this self-paced Pedagogy Training of Instructors course, participants will embark on a transformative journey tailored for instructors and vocational education professionals. Throughout this program, they will delve into the esteemed German Dual Vocational Education and Training Model, understanding its principles and adapting them for effective instructional strategies. The course progresses to explore the dynamic interplay between trainees and instructors within the VET system, fostering skills in Active and Cooperative Learning methodologies to engage learners effectively. The focal point lies in Action-Oriented Learning (AOL), where instructors hone their ability to plan and execute dynamic lessons aligned with industry demands. 

Who is this course for?

This course is designed for trainers, educators, and individuals involved in vocational education and training who seek to enhance their expertise in implementing the German Dual VET model.

What will you learn?

Participants in this training program will acquire essential skills for implementing the German Dual VET model. The curriculum covers the VET system structure, active learning methods, AOL process, teaching skills for AOL, and planning and executing action-oriented lessons.

Topics Overview: Vocational Education and Training, German Dual VET, Active and Cooperative Learning Strategies, Action Oriented Learning, Project Based Learning.

Course Certificate: Upon successful completion of course, participants will receive a certificate on "Training of Trainers (Pedagogy)". This will be a joint certification by GIZ and Siemens.
