In this self-paced course, gig workers active in the delivery sector will learn how to optimize their internet and cellphone activity, understanding how to use apps and social media in their favour. The training will provide workers with  the essential knowledge and skills needed to navigate the digital landscape confidently.


This course on Digital Literacy is part of a four-part course bundle - Skills4Riders.  You can complete all 4 courses to gain full understanding on how to be successful as a Rider in the Platform Economy. They are designed to help riders, couriers, drivers to develop the core skills needed to excel in their roles. You can access this course anytime, anywhere online or offline

This self-paced course will provide workers with essential knowledge on how to use the internet and their cell phones to maximize their earnings while improving their working conditions. It contains tips on how workers can use apps, softwares, and social media to be more effective while ensuring their safety.
