In this self-paced course, local elected representative and municipal officers will learn about how to consider gender-based discrimination and intersectional oppression mechanisms in their actions for inclusive governance in Nepal.

What will you learn?
The course deals with the discrimination and inequalities women and marginalized groups face in Nepal. It includes the importance of GESI in Nepal and how it can contribute to transformative leadership. Overall, it highlights the importance of why gender and governance are central to development. At the end of the course, you will gain practical knowledge and tools on implementing GESI at the local level.
