In this self-paced course, policy makers and other interested stakeholders will learn about the concept, importance, potentials and challenges of IT-enabled services as a job motor and business process outsourcing to Africa. It will take you about 90 minutes to complete this course. and you will earn a PDF certificate once you complete all modules and tests (75% score).
Who is this course for?
This course is for policy makers, regulators in the field of digitalization and employment promotion as well as for high level employees in the public sector & their cooperation partners (e.g. from the TVET sector).
What will you learn?
You will be able to define such services as well as opportunities, threats of such services. You will understand the options of IT-enabled services as a development strategy for countries and be able to analyse necessary framework conditions for successfully (policy-wise) supporting IT-enabled services.
