Pedagogy for In-Company Trainers at Elementary Level

In this a 6-10 hour course, in-company trainers will be equipped with basic and necessary teaching competencies to impart practical knowledge and practical skills in a training environment at an enterprise. Learners will receive a certificate for theoretical knowledge after completing all the lessons.

Who is this course for?

Teachers of TVET institutes, scientists, engineers, technicians, and skilled workers at enterprises who are selected or wish to become corporate trainers.

What will you learn?

This course provides enterprise trainers with a basic teaching capacity, necessary to impart practical knowledge and practical skills on workers and apprentices at enterprises. The course illustrates how (re-)trainings with the purpose of fostering and improving professional qualifications and skills for employees can be designed.
