About this course

This online, self-paced course will introduce you to the term fintech. What is fintech? What does it entail? What industry sectors does it play in? How does it affect the life of an ordinary citizen?

Who is this course for? This course is for anyone who is interested in the development of financial technologies and the disruptions which they are causing in the more traditional organisations. This course does contain videos so it is recommended that you have a stable internet connection

What will you learn? By the end of this course, you will have an understanding of what fintech is, what domains and sectors it is found in and some examples of applications that you  may already be using but not realise that they are fintech applications

Topics overview: paytech, wealthtech, lendtech, banktech, insurtech, regtech and cryptocurrencies

How much time do you need to invest? This course should take approximately 120 minutes to complete.

Course certificate: a course certificate will be generated on the successful completion of the final quiz
