If you are looking for career guidance, you have come to the right place. This self-paced vocational orientation course is focused on the career of the Paramedic.
The training will provide information on job-relevant skills and basic STEM knowledge (STEM = science, technology, engineering & mathematics) focusing on the medical field and test you with interactive games. You will also get a unique glimpse into the life of real paramedics in Africa and what it takes to become one.
What will you learn? By the end of this course, you will understand basic STEM knowledge linked to the profession of the Paramedic and know what a paramedic does and what it takes to become one.
Topics overview: Overview of the career of the Paramedic, personal insights from paramedics, the human body, our five senses, wound healing, hygiene
How much time you need to invest: Completing the course should take approximately 90 Minutes.
Prerequisites: No prior knowledge is needed.
Course Certificate: A course certificate will be generated on the successful completion of the course, the final quiz and the feedback form.
