Innovation in the Public Sector

Innovation in the Public Sector online course is part of knowledge dissemination strategy by the National Institute for Governance & Sustainable Development (NIGSD) in Egypt that aims at valuing the need for public sector innovation and explores how it could create opportunities. 

In this self-paced course, emerging leaders in public administration will learn about how to integrate innovation in the public sector. It will take you about two hours to complete the course and earn a certificate.

It is not only firms that innovate; public sector entities also need innovation for introducing new approaches to provide quality services and better responding to society’s needs. This will help the civil service sector become more efficient, transparent and service-oriented and ensure entities fulfill their mandates more effectively. The course will discuss the concept & frameworks of innovation while featuring the latest trends of innovation in the public sector.

 How much time do you need to invest?

The course is self paced and requires minimum 2 hours to complete its four units with optional hands on activities in the innovation camp.

Upon finishing the Course Content, a certificate of completion can be obtained.
