This self-paced course introduces you to the world of health and safety for tour guides. It will prepare you to keep in mind essentiel health and legal requirements. You will further learn how to manage health, safety and risk while guiding. You will also be taking a close look at the challenges and management strategies for a tour guide during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
This course is the fifth of eight courses of the tour guiding learning pathway.
