Become equipped with the knowledge and skills to manage climate risks, reduce vulnerabilities, and contribute to a more resilient future.

Who is this course for? 
This course mainly targets technical staff of institutions and decision-makers in developing countries that are particularly vulnerable to the adverse effects of climate change. The content applies to various communities (climate, disaster, development, etc.), in different sectors, and at various levels.

What will you learn? 

This course provides explanations about concepts, approaches, and measures to avert, minimise, and address losses and damages – based on GIZ’s own experience and that of others, enabling partners to take action. This training aims to support the development of technical capacities and initiate dialogue among partners from the climate change adaptation and disaster risk management community.

How much time do you need to invest? 
It will take you about 6 hours to complete this course or around 90 minutes per module.
