This self-study course will help you improve your soft skills to increase your chances of getting a job. You will explore different areas of soft skills, such as communication and leadership skills, time and stress management and conflict resolution. You will engage on these and other topics through personal reflection and practical tasks.

Who is this course for?

The course was originally developed for university and vocational training graduates who are currently looking for a job. However, it can be used by anyone who wants to improve their personal soft skills.

What will you learn?

The course consists of nine different modules. After completing all modules, you will be able to:

•           Recognize and treat self-esteem issues and show assertive behaviour in the workplace.

•           Communicate effectively and show good non-verbal behaviour while communicating.

•           Contribute to good teamwork and manage conflicts inside your team.

•           Use your personal competencies and soft skills for a good customer service management in companies.

•           Create a safe work environment and react properly to harassment in the workplace.

•           Use models for effective problem-solving and decision-making.

•           Use your time effectively and control your stress level.

•           Act as a successful leader in conflicts or crises.

•           Ensure high workplace safety by applying appropriate regulations.

How much time you need to invest: You can work on the course at your own pace. To complete the whole course, you will need approx. 2-3 hours.

Course Certificate: The platform will automatically generate a digital credential - Open Badge - once you will have completed all modules. It proves the participation and completion of the course.
