This course is for anyone interested in gaining practical knowledge on communicating respectfully and attentively.
What will you learn?
· what is interpersonal communication and what are key properties;
· what are the main communication models;
· how will your own conversational behavior be influenced;
· what does non-verbal communication mean and how is body language interpreted.
Topics Overview: interpersonal communication, non-verbal communication, body language, sender and receiver, self-perception, social perception, active listening, and criticism.
How much time do you need to invest? Completing this course will take around two (2) hours.
Course Certificate: You need to complete every module, and then pass the final quiz with a total of 80% to receive a certificate of completion.
